1. Provider and scope

These terms govern contracts between HOPCOMP GmbH, identified in the legal notice, and consumers for the digital Nebenkostenlupe report. The version supplied when ordering applies. The contract language is German; translations assist understanding. Mandatory consumer protections are unaffected.

2. Service and limitations

The free preview shows the number of technical findings, a non-binding estimate and one sample finding. The paid digital content includes the complete automated report, extracted figures, explanations and an editable draft letter. Results appear in your selected available language. The letter is prepared in German for you to complete before sending, with a reference translation when another UI language is chosen.

This is a technical plausibility check, not legal advice under the German RDG. Incomplete or poorly legible documents may produce errors. Check all information and complete placeholders. Savings, successful objections and coverage of every legal question are not guaranteed. We do not send the letter or represent you. The digital-product contract is governed by sections 327 et seq. BGB.

3. Ordering and contract formation

After the free preview you can order the full report. Before proceeding to Stripe, you must accept these terms and expressly consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires. By using the payment-obligation button and completing payment, you place a binding order. We accept it by unlocking the report. You can correct entries before completing Stripe Checkout or cancel and start again.

We store the contract version, price, consent and payment times. A contract confirmation including your withdrawal declaration is available alongside the report for permanent download; where email delivery is enabled, it is also emailed. Save that confirmation. Contract texts can be read on the legal pages before ordering.

4. Price and payment

The total one-off price is €14.90 including 19% VAT (€12.52 net, €2.38 VAT). There are no delivery charges or subscription. Payment uses the methods offered by Stripe Checkout and is due immediately.

5. Delivery and technical requirements

The private report link is unlocked immediately after payment is confirmed. Short confirmation delays are possible. You need a current browser, internet access and a PDF reader for PDFs. Save the link, report and contract confirmation yourself. The link remains available until report data is deleted after twelve months. Contact us using the legal-notice details if access fails; we will restore contractual access or provide statutory remedies.

6. Withdrawal

The separate withdrawal information applies. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, withdrawal rights expire early only under the conditions of section 356(5) BGB: express consent to early performance, acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal rights, performance beginning and provision of the legally required contract confirmation. Otherwise the statutory right remains.

7. Defects and liability

Statutory rights for defective digital products, particularly sections 327i et seq. BGB, remain intact. Where legal conditions are met, you may request subsequent performance, termination, a price reduction or damages. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence affecting essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of this contract. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Final provisions

German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protections in the consumer’s habitual country of residence. No special consumer jurisdiction is agreed. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration. Complaints can be sent to the email in the legal notice.
